Annual licence categories:

1 to 25+ users. Each user (or 'seat') is licensed. There are no concurrent use licences available.
Site licences.
Enterprise-wide licences.

All licences are for 12 months, with the licence fee payable in advance.
Licences are renewable for further periods of 12 months.

Site Licence:

Operate Moana Kupu Whaiutu on any computers owned by the licensee that reside in the 'site' as defined below.

Single Site Licence	Price per annum each
One	$ 4,900

A 'site' is a building or group of buildings in a single, physical location, in which the licensee operates.
A signed software licence agreement is required to operate this software within a site.

Enterprise-wide Licence:

Unlimited use of the software within the 'enterprise', being any location where the institution operates (including portable computers in temporary locations).
